Thank you for using Brew-ez. This policy applies to users of Brew-ez's mobile application and to
users of http://www.brew-ez.com (collectively the "Services").This policy describes how Brew-ez
("Brew-ez", "us", "we", "our") collects, uses, processes, and discloses your information.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Brew-ez Terms of Use.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To provide our Services, we must process information about you. The types of information we
collect depends on how you use our Services. We may collection information that can be used
to identify you("Personal Information") and information that does not identify you personally
("Non-Personal Information").
Information You Give Us
When you create an account or provide us with other information actively, we collect that
information, including Personal Information, for processing and use in accordance with this
policy. Because we may change our offerings and features from time to time, the options you
have to provide us information also may change, but here are some examples of situations in
which you will have the opportunity to provide information to us:

Account Information: When you create a Brew-ez account ("Account"), we require
certain information such as your first name, last name, email address,date of birth, age,
and a username.We may also ask for optional information, such as your gender and a
profile image for your Account, that you may choose to provide or not provide to us.

Preferences: When adding to your account, you may provide us with lifestyle
information, such as beverage interests, and other information.

Communications: When you communicate with us or use the Services to communicate
with other users, we may collect information about your communications and any
information you choose to provide through those communications.

Address Book Contact Information: You may choose to import your address book
contacts or enter your contacts' information manually to access certain features of the
Services, like inviting a contactto use Brew-ez or to purchase or receive a beverage from
a third party through the Services.

Payment Information: We may request your financial information if you choose to use
certain features of the Services. You will provide a third-party payment service provider
(who acts independently from us) with information they request from you to facilitate
payment to us. We do not collect any information about your methods or instruments
of payment, except, if you give the payment service provider credit card details, we
store the last four digits of your credit card number.

Camera and Photos: If you choose to share or upload photos to the Services, we may store the
photos you provide.

Other Information: You may otherwise choose to provide us information when you fill
in a form, conduct a search, update or add information to your Account, respond to
surveys, participate in promotions, connect with social media platforms through the
Services, or use other features of the Services.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Services, we automatically collect information, including Personal
Information, about the services you use and how you use them.

Geo-location Information: When you use certain features of the Services, we may
collect information about your precise or approximate location as determined through
data such as your IP address or mobile device's GPS to offer you an improved user
experience.

Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the Services
such as the pages or content you view, your beverage, brewery, restaurant, or other
food and beverage establishment ("Merchant") preferences, the type of beverages you
consume, as well as the time, date, quantity, and location of beverages you
consume,and other actions you take by using the Services.

Log Data and Device Information: We may automatically collect log data and device
information when you access and use the Services, even if you have not created an
account or logged in. That information may include, among other things: details about
how you've used the Services (including if you clicked on links to third party
applications), IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information,
device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie
data, and the pages you’ve viewed or engaged with before or after using the Services.

Ride Sharing Applications: If you use the Services to connect with a ride sharing
application, we may collect your geolocation and information about your
interactions with the ride sharing application.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and other similar technologies, such
as web beacons, pixels, and mobile identifiers. We may also allow our business partners
to use these tracking technologies on the Services, or engage others to track your
behavior on our behalf. For more information on our use of these technologies, see

Information We Collect from Third Parties

Social Media: If you submit content about Brew-ez or our partner Merchants through a
social media post we may collect that information and your social media account
information (like your name, username, email, and other contact information) from the
applicable social media platform.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use, store, and process information, including Personal Information, about you to provide,
understand, improve, and develop the Services, create and maintain a trusted and safer
environment and comply with our legal obligations. Therefore, it is largely necessary for
fulfilling the relationship we have with you, and, where that is not the case, we have a
legitimate interest in using the information we collect, including Personal Information, for these
purposes:

to provide you with personalized content, Services offered by us as well as promotional
content and services, to determine relevant search results and provide you with
recommended beverage and Merchants you may be interested in; we also use your IP
address and mobile device for these purposes;

to customize and improve the features, performance, and support of the Services;

to provide relevant advertising, including interest-based advertising from us and third
parties, which may mean that we share Non-Personal information.

for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and
service improvement (this includes use of your IP address and mobile device
information to help diagnose problems with our Services and to administer the
platform);
- to communicate with you or initiate communication with you on behalf of third parties
through your Account or through other means such as email, telephone (including
mobile phone), or postal mail, including through the use of contact information that you
provide to us or (where it is lawful for us to do so) that we otherwise obtain from thirdparty
resources;
- to analyze use of and improve the Services;
- to create aggregated and statistical data that does not identify you individually and that
we can commercialize;
- for other purposes that you separately authorize as you interact with us.
When we collect any information that does not identify you as a specific natural person
("Non-Personal Information"), we are permitted to use and disclose this information for any purpose,
notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this policy, except where we are required to do
otherwise by applicable law. Examples of Non-Personal Information include: physical location
information; demographic information, including gender, dates of birth, ZIP codes, etc.; or any
Personal Information that has been converted into Non-Personal Information. Similarly, if
applicable law requires that we treat certain Non-Personal Information as Personal Information,
we will use and disclose this information as Personal Information in accordance with this policy.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

With Your Consent: Where you have provided consent, we share your information, including Personal Information,
as described at the time of consent, such as when you authorize a third party application or
website to access your Account or when you participate in promotional activities conducted by
our partners or third parties.

Sharing with Merchants: To provide the Services, we may need to share certain information, including Personal
Information and Non-Personal Information, with Merchants. For example, when you use the
Services to provide a Merchant review or to redeem a punch or reward, we may share your Account
username, date and time of visit to a particular Merchants, punches and redemption data, length
of your Brew-ez membership, and your tagged photos with the applicable Merchant.

Compliance with Law, Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm and Protection of our Rights:
We may disclose your information, including Personal Information, to courts, law enforcement
or governmental authorities, or authorized third parties, if and to the extent we are required or
permitted to do so by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with our
legal obligations, (ii) to comply with legal process and to respond to claims asserted against us,
(iii) to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected
illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to legal
liability, (iv) to enforce and administer our Terms of Service, our payment terms, or other
agreements with users, or (v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Brew-ez, its
employees, its users, or members of the public.
These disclosures may be necessary to comply with our legal obligations, for the protection of
your or another person's vital interests or for the purposes of our or a third party’s legitimate
interest in keeping the Services secure, preventing harm or crime, enforcing or defending legal
rights, or preventing damage.
Where appropriate, we may notify users about legal requests unless: (i) providing notice is
prohibited by the legal process itself, by court order we receive, or by applicable law, or (ii) we
believe that providing notice would be futile, ineffective, create a risk of injury or bodily harm
to an individual or group, or create or increase a risk of fraud upon our property, its users, and
the Services. In instances where we comply with legal requests without notice for these
reasons, we will attempt to notify that user about the request after the fact where appropriate
and where we determine in good faith that we are no longer prevented from doing so.
- Ride Sharing Applications: If you use the Services to connect with a ride sharing application, we may share certain
information with the ride sharing application, including your Personal Information and Non-
Personal Information, so that you can connect with the ride sharing application and use their
services. For example, we may need to share your geolocation, name, phone number, and any
other information the ride sharing application requires for use of their services. Ride
sharing applications with which we may share your information are not controlled or supervised
by us. Therefore, any questions regarding how the ride sharing application processes your
information should be directed to such provider.

Service Providers: We may use a variety of third party service providers to help us provide our Services.
For example, service providers may help us: (i) verify your identity, (ii) perform product
development, maintenance and debugging, (iii) allow the provision of theServices through third
party platforms and software tools (e.g. through the integration with our APIs), or (iv) provide
customer service, advertising, or payments services. These providers have limited access to
your information to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are contractually bound to protect
and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed and consistent with this policy.

Personal Information, within our corporate family of companies that are related by common
ownership or control. Additionally, we may share your information, including Personal
Information, with our corporate affiliates in order to support and integrate, promote, and to
improve the Services and our affiliates' services.

Social Media Platforms: Where permissible according to applicable law we may use certain limited Personal Information
about you, such as your email address, to hash it and to share it with social media platforms,
such as Facebook or Google, to generate leads, drive traffic to our websites or otherwise
promote our products and the Services. These processing activities are based on our legitimate
interest in undertaking marketing activities to offer you products or services that may be in
your interest.The social media platforms with which we may share your personal data are not
controlled or supervised by us. Therefore, any questions regarding how your social media
platform service provider processes your personal data should be directed to such
provider.Please note that you may, at any time ask us to cease processing your data for these

ONLINE TRACKING
We do not currently respond to 'do not track' signals and similar settings or mechanisms.
OPTING OUT
If you no longer want to receive marketing materials from us based upon your Personal
Information, going forward, you may opt out of receiving such marketing related messages by

with the subject line "OPT OUT". We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable, and in accordance with applicable laws.
Please note that we may still send other messages to you, such as administrative messages.
CHOICES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may access and update some of your information through your Account settings. You are
responsible for keeping your Personal Information up-to-date. You have the right to ask us to
correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information concerning you (and which you cannot
update yourself within your Account). In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to
request copies of your Personal Information held by us. You may also be entitled to request
copies of Personal Information that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used,
and machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service
provider (where technically feasible). You may exercise any of the rights described in this
section by sending an email to legal@brew-ez.com. We may ask you to verify your identity
before taking further action on your request.
CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
If you'd like to close your Account, you may do so by sending an email to
cancel@brew-ez.com
with the subject line "CLOSE ACCOUNT".When you close your account, you will no
longer have full access to the Services. We reserve the right to keep any information in a closed
account in our archives that we deem necessary to comply with our legal or regulatory
obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We generally retain your Personal Information for as long as is necessary for the performance
of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer
want us to use your information to provide our services to you, you can request that we erase
your Personal Information and close your Account. Please note that if you request the erasure
of your Personal Information:

We may retain some of your Personal Information as necessary for our legitimate
business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety. For
example, if we suspend an Account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain certain
information from that Account to prevent that User from opening a new Account in the
future.

We may retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply
with our legal obligations. For example, we may keep some of your information for tax,
legal reporting and auditing obligations.
- Information you have shared with others may continue to be visible on the Services,
even after your Account is cancelled. However, attribution of such information to you
will be removed. Additionally, some copies of your information (e.g., log records) may
remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
- Because we maintain the Services to protect from accidental or malicious loss and
destruction, residual copies of your Personal Information may not be removed from our
backup systems for a limited period of time.
SECURITY SAFEGUARDS
We employ physical, electronic, and managerial measures to safeguard the information we
collect online. However, no company can fully eliminate security risks, so we cannot make
guarantees about any part of our Services. You are responsible for keeping your username and
password secret. Once you have registered with us, we will never ask you for your password.
Please create a unique password for your Account and do not use it for any other web services
or applications. Do not share your password with anyone else.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a
year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal
Information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the
type of Personal Information disclosed to those third parties. See the "Contact" section for
where to send such requests. We do not share Personal Information with third parties for their
own direct marketing purposes without your prior consent. Accordingly, you can prevent
disclosure of your Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by
with holding consent.
PRIAVCY OF MINORS
To access or use the Services you must be at least 21 years of age, otherwise you may not use
the Services. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information
without parental consent, please contact us at legal@brew-ez.com. If we become aware that a
child has provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, we remove such
information and terminate the child's account.
UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time in accordance with this provision. If we
make changes to this policy, we will post the revised policy and update the "Last Updated" date
at the top of this policy. Should there be a material change to our policy, we will contact you via
email or by a prominent note on the application. If you do not cancel your Account before the
date the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective, your continued access to or use of the
Services will be subject to the revised policy.
